A New Home for Associated Charities!

Food Pantry

On April 27, 2016 Associated Charities officially broke ground at the site of its soon-to-be new home at 240 Cleveland Avenue in downtown Ashland. In July 2015, after much planning and research, our board  purchased the property formerly known as the Steiner Building and set a goal to raise $1,200,000 for renovation, construction, and equipment and $300,000 to start an endowment at the Ashland County Community Foundation in support of future operations. At our ground breaking ceremony, we were thrilled to announce that we reached our fundraising goal! We are now in the Public Phase of the campaign through the end of 2016

We have created a unique way for everyone to make a difference. Through an online virtual campaign, donors can make gifts equivalent to the cost of a bag of groceries, a Christmas stocking, a backpack filled with school supplies, or a grocery cart with all three items. Gifts of any amount are deeply appreciated and will help ensure that we can continue to serve as the first responder for emergency human and social service needs.

We look forward to moving into our new facility in the fall of 2016.

On behalf of those most in need, thank you for your support!
